What Our Clients Think

“Chef Middleton catered our wedding a few years ago and that was one wedding stress I knew I didn’t need to have. From our initial conversation and throughout the planning process we were at ease with his ability and thrilled with the menu options.

When it came to the big day any expectations we had were completely blown away, as was everyone else! To this day, most of the time our wedding is talked about it is someone remembering how amazing the dinner was!”

To provide food services to 2000+ people from a variety of countries is an ominous task; a task that was performed extremely well by Mr. Middleton and his crew. They exceeded our expectations!”

Mr. Middleton provided excellent food throughout the entire Games. There was plenty of food for all and it was delicious. They contributed a steak dinner on the final night of the Games that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The management of the entire food services was outstanding!

I highly recommend Richard Middleton for the provision of any and all food services. He is outstanding and over delivers on what he promises. He was exceptional with the 2010 Arctic Winter Games in Grande Prairie.

2010 Arctic Winter Games

Under the direction of Richard Middleton, food services provided for the participants at the 2010 Arctic Winter Games held in Grande Prairie were of excellent quality. Menus met the specified needs of the participants and there was ample choice of appetizing fresh food.

Our Host Society was especially pleased with Mr. Middleton’s willingness to work with our organization when presented with the challenges this type of event can bring, including offering fresh, hot food over an entire day and dealing with box lunches/off-site food.

Upon my visits to the food services venue I was impressed with Mr. Middleton’s management skills in arranging for his staff to work closely with our volunteers and staff to ensure a continuous smooth operation of food services over the week of the Games.

Breezy North Constructian

Our company enjoyed the full services of Richard Middleton whose company managed a construction camp we were occupying during the 2014/2016 winter heavy construction season in Manitoba.

Their quiet confidence, improving skillset and evolving professionalism was noticeable as their staff training progressed. Their laughter was infectious and we thoroughly enjoyed the fruits of their labour – both in the kitchen and cooking and also as housekeeping maintaining the dorm and camp.

I was impressed by the professionalism and abilities of Chef Middleton and his staff. I would highly recommend the company both for training purposes and for camp management. They made a big part of our winter work season most enjoyable!
